Professional Applicants: (including teachers, nurse, counselor, librarian, coop staff, and administrators)

Before you begin, please collect the following documents to be scanned and uploaded into the system:

• copy of your Driver's License

• copy of your Social Security Card

• copy of your College Transcripts

• copy of your Teaching Certificate -OR- Test Results (new teachers)

• copy of your Service Record (may be obtained from current employer -OR- TRS website)

• email addresses and contact information for three references who can assess your work experience

• sign and return this CCH form

• sign and return this Pre-Employment Affidavit
  
  If you’re unable to upload documents into the online application system, copies may be dropped off or mailed to Edna ISD Administration at 601 N. Wells, Edna, Texas 77957.

Applications will remain in the online application system until September 30th of each year. At the end of this term, we encourage you to re-apply. If at any time you would like to withdraw your application, please notify Edna ISD in writing.
